Ink black core with a richly stained rim. Blackberry, bay leaf and hot stone aromas. Black fruit explodes on entry, then a complex series of components build across the palate. Hints of hot stone, bay leaf and even nori come in and out of focus as it flows along. Tannins are firmly in place but not overbearing, allowing it to remain focused and driven to a long finish. This is high quality cabernet at a very good price.

Hay Shed Hill Chardonnay 2025
Bright lemon hue. White peach, struck flint and roast nut aromas. Lovely weight, good fruit intensity but has a lightness that appeals. White stone fruit are well balanced by nutty depth and struck flint complexity, all driven by bright acidity to the long finish. A lot of wine for the price.

Hay Shed Hill Morrison’s Gift 2024
This is a blend of 40% cabernet franc, 25% cabernet sauvignon, 20% malbec, 10% merlot and 5% petit verdot.
Ink black core with a deep purple rim. Heady blackcurrant and sage aromas. Good weight with black fruit dense on entry then lightening as it flows across the tongue. Notes of dried sage and bay leaf add character while a fine gravel tannin frame brings focus and drive into the finish. A lot of bang for buck here.

Hay Shed Hill Morrison's Gift Chardonnay 2025
Light lemon yellow colour in the glass. Pineapple, grapefruit pith and bakery aromas. Fruit weight on entry is quite full, ripe stone fruit with a hint of pine and lime spice character. Vanilla florals add lift and a deeper bread crust note arrives into the medium long finish.

Deep ruby with purple tints at the rim. Blackberry and plum aromas. The palate has a ripe black fruit core with layers of bay leaf and a hint of mocha along the line. Good length, tannins are working well but still allow it to have plushness to the texture at the medium to long finish. A lot of value here.

Light lemon colour. White peach and smoky spice aromas. The palate has a richness that appeals, ripe pear and peach fruit melded with hints of toffee and cumin spice. Good length, flowing and supple into a clean finish.
