Michael Kerrigan

Owner - Winemaker - Managing Director

Michael Kerrigan is one of the most respected winemakers in the country, and since taking the helm at Hay Shed Hill in 2006, has taken the property and its wines to a new level.

Nearly 30 years' experience puts Michael amongst the best winemakers in the country. He's able to see and fulfil the potential of the fruits of this property's old vines.

A former finalist for the coveted national Qantas Winemaker of the Year award, he brings his passion for quality wine, his genuine enthusiasm for his craft and of course his incredible talent to ensure Hay Shed Hill continues to cement its place as one of the finest wineries in the country.

Leith Pavlinovich

Owner

Leith is one of the owners of Hay Shed Hill and wife of winemaker Michael Kerrigan. Leith been instrumental in the development of the Cellar Door and Gallery at Hay Shed Hill. 

John Waldron 

Sales and Marketing Manager

John's first job in the industry was at a mere 9 years of age at his uncle's wine shop in Melbourne. Somehow from this day job his passion for wine was ignited! He later moved to work for one of Australia's great distribution networks in Melbourne and Sydney. He joined Howard Park Wines in Perth in 2002 as Sales Director, bringing with him 15 years of experience, passion and enthusiasm.

In February 2012 John took up a new challenge with an opportunity to join Hay Shed Hill as Sales and Marketing Manager. Hay Shed Hill is extremely pleased to have the benefit of John's wide commercial knowledge, extensive experience, commitment and passion for the industry.

Rachael O'Connor

Marketing & Export Coordinator

Rachael has worked in the wine industry since 1998 and for Hay Shed Hill since December 2006. Her role at Hay Shed Hill is diverse, encompassing; marketing, sales, social media and exports. Rachael is the main marketing contact at Hay Shed Hill.
