Comes from some of the oldest cabernet vines in Wilyabrup. You talk about elegance and refinement; well, here it is in spades. Lifted floral perfumes on the nose with distinctive red berry and light tobacco leaf. Just a little of that minerally oyster shell character. The palate is sublime. Tannins are silky and fine, the oak brilliantly understated, and the fruit impeccable. A super classy wine.

Deep ruby colour. Bright nose of blackberry, black olives and dusty earth. Powerful and intense black fruits with multiple layers of graphite, nori and earth undertones. Fantastic length: has tension and lift from well positioned tannins. Feels like proper cabernet but has a generosity of spirit that would please everyone. Time will seem more savoury elements sing out 14 May 2025
