Our Margaret River cellar door now offers seated wine tastings so you can enjoy your wine tasting in comfort. And for something a bit extra, try one of our fun and informative wine experiences. We have a range of experiences to choose from so that your next visit is a memorable one.

Wine Blending Experience
The wine blending experience will guide you through the 5 Bordeaux varieties traditionally used in a 'Cabernet blend'; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petite Verdot. Find out about each variety's nuances then create your own perfect cabernet blend.
Then enjoy the glass of your own special blend while overlooking our beautiful vineyard.
Option to stay on and taste the current release range with our cellar staff.

Under the Tree
The beautiful Peppermint tree that commands the best view over the 50 year old vineyard is the prime location on the Hay Shed Hill estate. Book this space for a wine tasting or simply relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
$15.00 per person
Session Times: Mon-Fri 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm and 3.30pm
Minimum of 4 persons per booking. Maximum one hour per booking.
Wine & Chocolate Pairing
Experience the harmony of two of life’s greatest pleasures, quality wine, and chocolate, while enjoying stunning views in the comfort of our cellar door.
The team at Hay Shed Hill has created a unique tasting experience. Dark stone-ground chocolates made by local producers, Bahen and Co are paired with some of the rare varietals made by Michael Kerrigan at Hay Shed Hill. Pairing wine and chocolate can be a challenge, both offering intense flavours and complexity. These successful pairings are vivid, producing enhanced sensations, revealing hidden flavours in both, and creating harmony across the palate.
