Shipping + Returns



We ship throughout Australia with the Australia Post Wine Parcel Service and charge freight only on the first dozen.

Freight charges to WA are $10, the rest of Australia $24.

Australia Post Wine Parcel Service is a  specialist division of Australia Post. Every delivery must be signed by a person 18 years and older to confirm it is being delivered to the intended recipient. In accordance with Liquor Licensing law, in all circumstances, the addressee must receive the package and under no circumstance will the package be left unattended.

Please allow 3 working days for dispatch of your order. From dispatch please allow 2-5 business days for shipping to Perth metro area, 7-10 days for shipping to capital cities and 7-21 days for regional and remote areas of Australia. We ship internationally to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and several European countries.  For the shipping rate to your country, select the items you'd like shipped and refer to the shipping calculator at the bottom of the cart for the rates. Or contact us directly for assistance.

We do ship to the USA and China please contact us for a rate for these regions (not available online).

Special offer promotions such as 13-to-the dozen do not apply for International shipments.


Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law 'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return*.

If in the event that you change your mind then please contact the Hay Shed Hill office (08) 9755 6046, exchanges are possible at Hay Shed Hill's discretion. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense*. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

* Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Hay Shed Hill is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) Hay Shed Hill has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be incurred o the customer.

** Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
