Pure varietal cabernet dominates on the nose with just a subtle understated hint of cedary oak. Opens with very intense, ripe berry aromas which lead into a powerfully persistent palate. Firm, chalky tannins and controlling oak on the palate support what is a wine with an excellent future. 92 Points. Ray Jordan Top 100 Reds 2018
